Cliff has been practicing law since 1986, including trial and appellate experience in the North Carolina Supreme Court of the Western District of North Carolina.

TANIA MARTCHEV
Certified Paralegal
Tania joined our team in March of 2018 and works as a Paralegal to Cliff Homesley. Tania brings over twelve years of experience in the areas of Estate Administration, Estate planning, Corporate and Contract Law to the firm. She is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal.
ERIN PICKENS
Paralegal
Erin is a paralegal for Andrew J. Wingo and Victoria L. Boone, with nearly twenty years of experience in a legal setting. Erin’s work primarily focuses on family law issues, but she is also experienced in Personal Injury Protection and Insurance Litigation.
TRICIA FULLER
Paralegal
Tricia’s primary focus at the firm is handling personal injury claims from beginning to end. She is passionate about helping people who are injured resulting from someone else’s negligence. She also assists with Workers’ Compensation, Civil Litigation, and Criminal matters. Tricia has 20 years of litigation experience.
KELLY HOFFMAN
Real Estate Paralegal
With over 25 years of experience, Kelly works as a closer in our Real Estate department.

DANIELLE CAPOZZI
Paralegal
Danielle is a paralegal to Andrew J. Wingo with over 30 years legal experience in diverse areas of the law. Since moving to NC and joining the firm in 2022, she primarily focuses on family law matters as well as some civil litigation matters and find working with clients in domestic matters to be most rewarding.

STEPHANIE DECKER
Legal Assistant
Stephanie joined our real estate team after working with title companies in New Jersey and North Carolina. She received her title insurance license when relocating to North Carolina. She has now fallen in love with North Carolina and is a great addition to our real estate team.
MARGARET OSTROWSKI
Office Assistant
Margaret joined our firm in 2021 and is our office assistant. She primarily works doing clerical work for some of the paralegals and updates entries and billing. Originally from Long Island with over 15 years of experience with her previous law office is happy to be a Mooresville resident.
DEBBIE HOBART
Receptionist
Debbie is our firm’s Receptionist. Managing the flow of traffic in and out of our firm, Debbie’s work has allowed for the smooth functioning of our practice for nearly 25 years.

DRAKE FLETCHER
Legal Assistant
Drake joined the firm after graduating from Belmont Abbey College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He provides comprehensive support to our attorneys across multiple practice areas and is preparing to pursue law school. Drake is grateful for the opportunity to serve the clients of Homesley & Wingo Law Group and is committed to delivering high-quality assistance in every matter.
PAIGE COLLINS
Legal Assistant
Paige joined our team following her graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, where she earned dual degrees in Public Policy and Medical Anthropology. She supports the firm's attorneys and staff with various matters and contributes to internal marketing efforts. Paige is grateful to be part of the team, gaining hands-on experience as she applies to law school.
