Debbie is our firm’s Receptionist. Managing the flow of traffic in and out of our firm, Debbie’s work has allowed for the smooth functioning of our practice for sixteen years.
ERIN PICKENS
Paralegal
Erin is a paralegal for Victoria L. Stout, with nearly twenty years of experience in a legal setting. Erin’s work primarily focuses on family law issues, but she is also experienced in Personal Injury Protection and Insurance Litigation.
TRICIA FULLER
Paralegal
Tricia’s primary focus at the firm is handling Personal Injury claims from beginning to end. She is passionate about helping people who are injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Tricia also assists with Workers Compensation, Estate Planning and Criminal matters. Tricia has 15 years of litigation experience.
KELLY HOFFMAN
Real Estate Paralegal
With over twenty years of experience, Kelly works as a closer in our Real Estate department.
TANIA MARTCHEV
Certified Paralegal
Tania joined our team in March of 2018 and works as a Paralegal to Cliff Homesley. Tania brings over twelve years of experience in the areas of Estate Administration, Estate planning, Corporate and Contract Law to the firm. She is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal.
Danielle Capozzi
Paralegal
Danielle is a paralegal for Andrew J. Wingo with over twenty-nine years of legal experience. Danielle’s work primarily focuses on family law issues, but she is also experienced in civil litigation. (I have past experience in estate planning, probate, real estate and corporate/business law matters – not sure if we should say that being I do not do that here).
STEPHANIE DECKER
Law Clerk
Stephanie joined our real estate team after working for the past five years with title companies in New Jersey and North Carolina. She received her title insurance license when relocating to North Carolina. She has now fallen in love with North Carolina and is a great addition to our real estate team.
