John C. Fuller

A native of Virginia, John moved to Wisconsin to study law before relocating to North Carolina, where he is excited to be a part of Homesley & Wingo and the greater Mooresville community. John assists clients through the intricacies of residential and commercial real estate transactions and brings a knowledge of complex litigation to the firm.

John attained his undergraduate education at Virginia Tech, before attending law school at Marquette University Law School. During law school, John committed himself both to academic excellence and service to others. John obtained special recognitions in Torts Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Tax Policy, and Aviation Law. He also served as the Senior Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review and competed in the school’s Moot Court competition.

John further dedicated himself to service by volunteering at the Marquette Domestic Violence Clinic and by interning at the Federal Defender Office. John also clerked at a prestigious Milwaukee law firm and gained experience representing clients before both state and federal judges. John looks forward to continuing Homesley & Wingo’s tradition of providing excellent legal service to its clients and the firm’s commitment to the Mooresville community.
