The firm's office is located at 330 South Main Street in the historic Isaac Harris House, built before 1906 by Mooresville's first elected mayor. Cliff Homesley led the renovation of this beautiful home. The project was completed in June of 1998 after nine months of intensive restoration and construction. Cliff Homesley has been a resident of Mooresville since 1962. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 1986 and is the Managing Partner of the firm. With over twenty years of trial experience, Cliff Homesley leads the litigation team. Cliff emphasizes a practice in business litigation, contract negotiation and commercial real estate. Cliff has special knowledge and experience with motorsports issues, having represented a number of companies and individuals involved in NASCAR and other forms of racing.
Andrew Wingo received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from Campbell University School of Law in 1998. Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of Litigation in State and Federal Court, Commercial Real State, Business Law, Criminal Law, Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury and Domestic/Family law.
